The medical treatment of patients with cleft disorders requires continous follow-up care until the children are fully grown. For this reason, Cleft-Children International CCI established treatment centres in India where surgical procedures are performed and patients are provided care in accordance with strictest quality guidelines.
Operations
The activity of Cleft-Children International CCI concentrates on the medical treatment of cleft patients. For this reason we have set up four so-called “Centres of Excellence” in the past ten years. The sites Mangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai have become the epitome of a high international standard in the field of oral-facial surgery. In these centres 3,000 to 4,000 operations can be performed annually which help to provide Cleft-Children with a better life. To this date and thanks to our professional and financial support several thousand operations and further treatments have been realized in these centres.
